8. Governing Law
These GTS are subject to the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, for international clients, respecting local consumer protection laws where applicable.
7. Amendments
Trustiatis LLC reserves the right to modify these GTS at any time. The applicable GTS are those in force at the date of the order.
1. Object
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the contractual relationship between Trustiatis LLC and its client regarding the sale of website creation services.
2. Description of Offers
The offers (BASIC, PRO, PREMIUM) include website creation, hosting, and maintenance as detailed on the Offers page. Each offer is subject to an obligation of means.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is made in full upon ordering via the secure Stripe platform. The order will only be processed after payment validation.
3. Prices and Currencies
Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or Canadian Dollars (CAD). The charged amount will depend on the currency selected during payment.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days, unless the service execution has started with the client's express prior agreement before the end of this period.
6. Customer Support
Technical support is available via email for all offers. PRO and PREMIUM offers benefit from priority processing.
