Hardware fails in the field — our warranty assumes it

Coverage

Every deployed device is covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated in its delivery documentation. Field-replaceable units are swapped on-site or by return; embedded firmware issues are patched remotely when the device is network-connected.

What's excluded

Physical damage from misuse outside the specified operating conditions, and third-party modifications to the firmware, void the warranty on the affected unit.
